400 g ripe strawberries (plus a whole one to garnish)
2 cl lemon juice
1 teaspoon icing sugar
Blend the strawberries with the lemon juice and icing sugar. Filter to remove the seeds and put in a jug. Add the Rocca dei Forti Le Cuvée Brut, mix gently and leave to rest for a few minutes. Pour the cocktail into a glass, garnish with the whole strawberry and serve.
